    Women’s Health

    Tanya Goodrich, PT, DPT is the founder of Healthy Pelvis Physical Therapy. She holds a BFA in Dance from the California Institute of the Arts and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of California, San Francisco. With over 15 years in the field, Tanya specializes in women's pelvic health, focusing on issues related to pregnancy and postpartum, menopause, pelvic pain, bladder and bowel, and sexual dysfunction. She is a recognized speaker on these topics and advises Evernow, a tech company focused on menopause care.

  • Jess Fu, PT, DPT

    Women's Health + Men's Health

    Jess Fu, PT, DPT is highly skilled in pelvic and orthopedic physical therapy for both men and women. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado. With extensive hands-on experience, Jess is an expert at treating a wide range of pelvic and orthopedic conditions. Her qualifications also include certification in massage therapy, further enhancing her manual therapy skills. Jess is bilingual, fluent in both Mandarin and English.

  • Sonia Sharma, MSPT

    Women’s Health + Pediatric Health

    Sonia Sharma, MSPT is an accomplished orthopedic physical therapist, focusing on women's health, pregnancy and postpartum care, and pediatric pelvic health. She earned her undergraduate degree in Physiotherapy from Faridabad Institute of Technology and Sciences and her Master’s in Physical Therapy from Queen Margaret University. Sonia's dedication to women's pelvic health is influenced by her own pregnancy experiences, providing a compassionate approach to her patients. She is fluent in both English and Hindi.

  • Alyson Tisthammer, PT, DPT

    Women’s Health

    Alyson Tisthammer, PT, DPT is an exceptional physical therapist specializing in women’s pelvic and orthopedic treatment. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Clinical and Applied Health Science from Drake University and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota. Aly's dedication to physical therapy goes beyond her clinical work; she has actively lobbied for the profession on Capitol Hill and contributed research to the Journal of Physical Therapy Education. Her commitment and achievements truly set her apart in the field.

  • "Run, don't walk, to an appointment with Tanya. I just did a workout, that this time last year, I absolutely failed so miserably because of my non-complying pelvic floor. Turns out, you need a pelvic floor to do a boxing-style workout with skipping rope, double unders (skipping) kicks and jacks for a whole hour. Well, I'm happy to report, it was 100% improved due to Tanya's easy-to-understand and clear exercises. Do yourself a favor and just book the appointment!"

  • "It's taken me a long time to write this review (my son is now 10 months old and I saw Tanya and Jess when he was about 2-3 months old) but that's how good their work was-that I'm still thinking about it! I'm grateful for the work they did with me postpartum and they gave me exercises that I still do which save my back from carrying my 23 pound baby. I only needed a couple appointments to get my postpartum body feeling optimal again.
